Sherry, President/Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of ExcelAire, Mr. Sherry has more than 25
years of experience in private jet maintenance and travel. Prior
to ExcelAire, Mr. Sherry founded Eastway Aircraft Services in 1985,
focused on light aircraft maintenance. Anticipating the growth
of private jet travel, Mr. Sherry established ExcelAire in 1993,
specializing in business jet charter, maintenance, management and
sales.

Greg
Brinkman, Chief Operating Officer
Since earning his pilot’s license in the late 1970s, Mr. Brinkman
has worked as a corporate pilot, aircraft owner, entrepreneur and
as COO of ExcelAire. Before joining ExcelAire in 2001, Mr. Brinkman
was a corporate pilot for the investment firm, Kidder, Peabody. Then
in 1989, Mr. Brinkman launched Associated Aircraft Group (AAG), the
largest operator of Sikorsky S-76 helicopters on the East Coast.

Rimmer, Executive Vice President
Mr. Rimmer oversees ExcelAire’s jet charter operations,
in-flight service, customer service and business development. Prior
to joining ExcelAire, he worked as a senior editor at Business & Commercial
Aviation. Before that, he was a broadcasting
industry executive at Bloomberg Radio, Sony, and the ABC and
NBC Radio networks. Mr. Rimmer serves on the Air Charter
Committee for the NATA and on the Board of Governors for the
Air Charter Safety Foundation.

Ralph
Michielli, Vice President of Maintenance / Director of Maintenance
Ralph Michielli brings almost three decades of experience in business
jet maintenance to ExcelAire. An FAA-licensed Airframe and
Powerplant Technician specializing in jet aircraft, Mr. Michielli
holds two key positions at ExcelAire -- Vice President of Maintenance
and Director of Maintenance. Mr. Michielli assisted in the
launch of ExcelAire Service and he now oversees all maintenance
operations at ExcelAire, as well as serving as a technical liaison
between ExcelAire and their aircraft owners.

George Kyriacou, Director of Operations
George Kyriacou oversees operations and maintenance, bringing a
wealth of aviation experience to ExcelAire. Before joining ExcelAire
in 1996, Mr. Kyriacou was a pilot and supervised operations and
maintenance for several aviation firms on Long Island. At ExcelAire,
Mr. Kyriacou ensures that the company adheres to FAA regulations
as well as its own stringent standards. He holds an Airline Transport
Pilot (ATP) license from the FAA as well as an Airframe
and Powerplant license (A&P) with Inspection Authorization.

Leonard Liotta, Vice President of Sales
Len Liotta is a seasoned business aviation executive with expertise in aircraft management, charter operations, aircraft finance and maintenance. Mr. Liotta began his aviation career almost two decades ago at Citiflight, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Citigroup where he advanced within the organization to serve as Vice President of Support Services over seeing a team of maintenance technicians, quality assurance managers and inventory control specialists. He has also held senior management positions at other nationally and internationally known business aviation operators. An avid sports fan, Mr. Liotta graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in accounting and finance.

Captain Peter Grell, Chief Pilot
Captain Grell oversees the daily activities of ExcelAire’s pilots and actively flies the line on both the Gulfstream III and Gulfstream V. A graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, with a B.S. in aeronautical studies, Captain Grell has over 14 years of active duty service in the United States Marine Corps as a pilot flying both the AV8-B Harrier and AH-1 W Super Cobra attack helicopter. After leaving active duty in 1998. Captain Grell flew MD-80’s for a major airline and continued to serve in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a squadron instructor pilot and aviation safety officer flying VIP transport aircraft. Since joining ExcelAire in 2002, Captain Grell has retired from the Marine Corps Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel with 23 years of total military service and has been the Chief Pilot since 2003.
